Summary

Working Pattern: Part time (21.75 hours per week)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Interview Date/Type: 5 October 2026 / Face to Face

About the Role

We currently have an exciting vacancy within our team to enable us to continue to build on our success and also bring new experience, knowledge and ideas into the team. As a Business Support Officer you will complete a range of tasks including attending and minuting a range of meetings, assisting with weekly panels, travel and interpreting bookings, data input, handling and paying out of petty cash as well as a range of duties on an ad hoc basis with the role continuing to develop. You will also undertake general administrative duties such as telephone and emails and assisting social workers within the town hall.

About You

You will take ownership of your actions be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team to complete tasks and produce results.

You should have experience in managing your own time and working to tight deadlines and be able to prioritise tasks.
