LITERACY CO-ORDINATOR AND LIBRARIAN - Required As Soon As Possible

Band 4: £25,410 to £27,563 actual salary (SCP 12 to 17)

To work full time (36.25 hours per week),

39 weeks per year (Term Time + Inset Days)

Monday Friday, 8:00am-3:45pm (including a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Are you passionate about promoting literacy and inspiring young people to read?

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Library and Literacy Coordinator to lead our library services and support literacy development across KS3-KS5.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

Coordinate the day-to-day running of our busy school library

Plan and deliver reading, writing, and oracy interventions, including support for pupils with SEND

Organise engaging enrichment activities and events

Manage and develop library resources and data

Liaise with parents and external library professionals

Deliver CPD to staff on literacy strategies
