Summary
Clinical supervisory role Deliver, or work towards competence, to deliver SACT Close working with leadership team to ensure safe efficient effective services Support innovation in treatment and processes Support education and development of the nursing team Support daily co-ordination of the unit Ensure all management processes are in place and up to date to support the team Provide assurances to the division and wider Trust teams Contribute to Trust initiatives and work within the wider Specialised Services band 7 team
