Summary
We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events fundraising professional to join a growing fundraising team at an extremely well supported East London / West Essex based health charity.
We’re looking for an Events Fundraiser to be responsible for challenges such as London Marathon whilst project managing a couple of massive annual fundraising events. You’ll also have the opportunity to spearhead exciting new virtual events for the charity.
Events Fundraiser
Full Time, Maternity Cover Contract
East London / West Essex with hybrid working
Up to circa £33,500 per annum on experience
Driving licence and access to vehicle required
Duties will include:
• Deliver a programme of fundraising events across the charity that delivers on budgets
• Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders through third-party, bespoke, corporate, and challenge events
• Supporting the wider fundraising team with gaining sponsorship and event support
• Ensure a high level of stewardship for event attendees, supporters, sponsors, and donors
• Adopt a positive approach to overall fundraising, helping contribute to overall income targets
