As a Personal Assistant at our York Hospital, you will use your diverse administration and planning skills to primarily support the Senior Management Team in the smooth running of a busy hospital.
As the Personal Assistant, you will:
Manage email and diary co-ordination.
Control and facilitate meeting schedules.
Arrange and minute key committee meetings.
Analyse and collate data.
Management of the patient complaints and compliments process.
Ensure Practicing Privilege documentation is up to date and in line with policy requirements.
Co-ordinate new Practicing Privilege applications and renewals
Prepare presentations and reports to tight deadlines.
Liaise with third party stakeholders including consultants.
Provide administration support to the Senior Management Team
To succeed as the Personal Assistant, you will need:
Sound knowledge and competency in IT systems.
A 'can do' attitude with a proactive and responsive approach to problem solving.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organisational skills
