Summary

Reasonable Adjustments Lead (Band 6)

We are looking for a passionate and organised Reasonable Adjustments Lead to join our People & OD team at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate the Trust's reasonable adjustments and Access to Work processes, helping colleagues access the support they need to thrive at work. You will provide expert advice to managers and staff, oversee funding and equipment requests, manage reporting and data, and help drive our ambition to be a truly inclusive employer. 

You'll have experience of coordinating / leading projects or services, excellent communication and organisational skills, and an understanding of reasonable adjustments.  You'll be confident working with a range of stakeholders, handling sensitive issues with empathy, and using data to support improvement.

• Lead the Trust's reasonable adjustments and Access to Work processes.

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees working closely with Diversity & Inclusion and HR colleagues.

• Coordinate equipment requests, funding claims and reporting.

• Deliver training, engagement activities and improvement projects.

• Work with a wide range of stakeholders to promote inclusion and accessibility.

• Use data and insight to improve colleague experience and outcomes.
