Summary
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Assisting with Religious Duties: Support the Lead Granthi in daily services, including Prakash, Rehras Sahib, and Sukhasan of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Kirtan & Path: Perform Kirtan, recite Gurbani, and assist in conducting continuous or scheduled Akhand Paths and Sehaj Paths.
Langar & Premises Seva: Assist in the preparation, serving, and management of Langar, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to traditional Sikh customs and hygiene standards.
Pastoral Support & Community Care: Engage with visitors, assist in welcoming the Sangat, and support community members during daily visits and special programs.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and managing logistics for major Gurpurabs, Sunday Diwans, and special religious events.
