Summary

Are you friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great patient care?

Join our busy Eye Treatment Centre as a Band 3 Ophthalmic Technician and help us provide outstanding care to our community.

What You’ll Do

• Support patients through their eye care journey

• Carry out diagnostic tests (VA, OCT, Visual Fields, Retinal Imaging, Biometry + more)

• Work across Eye Casualty and ophthalmology clinics

• Assist clinicians with intravitreal injections procedures following training and competencies

We are looking for a friendly enthusiastic and hard working person to work in our ophthalmology outpatient department. You will be expected to assist with every day to day running of the unit providing comfort, support and information to the patient’s and relatives and ensuring high standards of patient care. You will need to demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
