Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide reliable technical support across hardware, software, systems, networks, and end-user environments. The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, manage IT support requests, maintain systems, and help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

This is a mid-level opportunity suited to someone with hands-on IT support experience who can independently diagnose and resolve technical problems while also escalating complex issues when required.
