Summary
Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader – Stroud – £14.50 per hour
£14.50 per hour | 35 hours per week | Permanent | 4am–11am ideally but this can be changed to a 5am or 6am
Are you an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step into supervision? Or are you already a Team Leader or Supervisor looking for a stable, hands-on role?
We're recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at Retail store in Stroud.
You'll lead a small team of around 5 cleaners, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard and supporting the team when needed.

If you've been responsible for people, rotas, standards, opening/closing or day-to-day operations and you're comfortable being hands-on, we'd like to hear from you.
You'll need to be reliable, organised and comfortable starting at 4am, with the ability to lead a small team and communicate confidently with store management.
What will you be doing?
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day cleaning operation, including:

Leading and supporting a team of around 5 cleaners
•
Checking cleaning standards and carrying out quality inspections
•
Managing rotas, holidays and attendance
•
Supporting recruitment and training
•
Working alongside the team and helping with cleaning when required
•
Making sure equipment and products are used correctly
•
Dealing with issues and putting things right quickly
•
Working with the store management team
•
Ensuring Health & Safety and company procedures are followed
