Summary
We're looking for a Paralegal to join our Property team based in London.
Location: London - Hybrid working available with travel to the office required 3 days per weekHours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Property legal team in London. You'll be supporting the business on a diverse range of matters including asset management, sales and purchases, development-related agreements, due diligence, lettings and construction documents. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with colleagues across Development, Finance, Marketing and Asset Management, making a real impact in a dynamic property environment. What will you be responsible for?
As a Paralegal, you'll be working within the Property team, supporting them in delivering legal services across various property matters. Your day to day will include:
-Assisting with legal tasks including reviewing and amending documents such as NDAs, contracts, deeds, and planning agreements
-Undertaking legal research, reviewing Land Registry titles and providing advice on property documentation
-Supporting the team in managing contract approvals, execution and maintaining accurate records
-Liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers to support business objectives
-Contributing to continuous improvement of legal processes and providing compliance support
What are we looking for?
This role of Paralegal is great for you if:
-You have experience as a paralegal in the property sector, either in-house or in private practice
-You possess strong knowledge of property law, particularly in commercial and residential property developments
-You're commercially minded with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, accessible language
-You have excellent organisational skills and can confidently manage multiple priorities under pressure
-You're a natural relationship builder who enjoys collaborating with colleagues at all levels
