Summary

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join the team in Blackburn Central High School, BB2 3HJ. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,954.50 per annum and benefits package. Shift times: This role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern:Shift 1: 05:30 – 13:30Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00 What will you deliver? In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of the school site, helping to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out general caretaking, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasksSupporting site security, including opening and closing the premisesBuilding positive relationships with school staff and community usersEnsuring services are delivered to a consistently high standardSupporting compliance with health and safety requirementsYou will also work closely with the Area Supervisor to support service delivery across the site. For this role you must undergo A DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential What we offer.
