Summary

Full Time Salary: £24,784.50

Actual Salary: £14,870.70

Hours: 22.5 hours per week over 3-4 days

Contract: Fixed-term 12 months

Location: The Advonet office at The Unity Business Centre in Leeds. You will both online and in-person across various community settings. This role requires in-person work in Bradford and Leeds with occasional evening work. We are open to flexible, hybrid and home-working where it suits service needs.

About the role: The Peer Development Worker uses their lived experience, insight and peer-based skills to empower autistic adults and other neurodivergent people to understand their needs, build self-advocacy skills, and access the support they are entitled to. The role combines one-to-one peer support, group work, co-production, resource development, and awareness raising with professionals.
