Location: Lutterworth, LE17
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £14.24 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Shifts: 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Lutterworth, LE17.
The role is varied, and successful candidates will be required to support different areas of the warehouse depending on operational requirements. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Duties may include:
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Packing goods accurately and securely
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
• Carrying out inventory and stock checks
• Using warehouse management systems and completing relevant paperwork
• Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment) where required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Undertaking other general warehouse duties as required
Candidates with previous MHE experience are welcome, including those who do not currently hold an MHE licence. Relevant training may be provided depending on the equipment and operational requirements.
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Able to work at pace and meet targets
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of warehouse duties
• Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
• Experienced in warehouse operations (preferred but not essential)
• Experienced in MHE operation (advantageous, but a licence is not essential)
