Summary

Key Responsibilities Organisational Development Support the development of Liverpool GP Collaborative from an emerging partnership into a sustainable organisation. Develop organisational infrastructure, governance arrangements and operational processes. Produce key organisational documents including business plans, policies, risk registers and governance frameworks. Support options appraisal and recommendations regarding future legal structures. Strategic Planning Facilitate the development and delivery of the Collaborative's strategic priorities. Develop annual operating plans and delivery frameworks. Identify opportunities for collective working across member PCNs. Support development of future service opportunities and delivery models. Business Development Identify and pursue funding opportunities. Prepare business cases, funding applications and investment proposals. Support the Collaborative to develop sustainable income streams. Build relationships with strategic partners across health and care. Programme Management Coordinate projects and workstreams on behalf of member PCNs. Monitor delivery against agreed milestones. Develop performance reporting processes. Manage risks and dependencies across programmes. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key point of contact for the Collaborative. Build strong relationships with: Member PCNs General Practices Cheshire and Merseyside ICB NHS Trusts Liverpool City Council Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations Support collaboration and consensus-building across multiple organisations.
