About the role
Skegness College is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Building Services Lecturer to join our team at our new purpose-built campus. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional to support the continued growth of our Building Services provision while inspiring and developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
The successful candidate will lead and deliver high-quality learning programmes, ensuring learners receive an outstanding educational experience through effective planning, delivery, and assessment. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will play a key role in supporting learner achievement and progression while helping to meet the needs of our local communities.
Previous teaching experience is welcome but not essential. We encourage applications from industry professionals looking to transition into education and share their knowledge and expertise with future Building Services professionals.

The working pattern for this role is 8:30am - 5pm on a Thursday.
