The work is physically demanding and involves regular manual handling.

Work will be offered on an ad-hoc basis according to site requirements. There is no guaranteed minimum number of days or hours. When work is available, the required dates will be confirmed in advance. Normal site working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm, with a one-hour unpaid break. Immediate availability is preferred.

• Carry out manual handling and general labouring tasks safely, using suitable handling methods and equipment where provided.

• Maintain good housekeeping throughout the working day, including clearing debris, sweeping work areas, keeping access routes clear and placing waste in the designated bins or skips.

• Provide general assistance to trades and the Site Manager with reasonable site tasks as directed.

• Comply with the site induction, risk assessments, manual-handling requirements, PPE requirements and all other site health and safety rules at all times.

Pay and Working Arrangements:

• Hourly rate: £11.50 per hour for workers aged 18-20 and £12.71 per hour for workers aged 21 and over, for all hours actually worked. Rates will be reviewed where required to remain compliant with the applicable statutory minimum wage.

• Payment will be processed monthly based on approved timesheets / booking sheets for hours actually worked. Pay will be subject to PAYE and other statutory deductions where applicable.

• Payments are made on the 5th day for the preceding month's approved hours. Statutory paid holiday entitlement will accrue in accordance with applicable law.
