We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager

Location: Leigh

Sectors: Commercial

Day rate: £280 per day

Duration: 4 weeks

We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager starting Monday 14th September working on a hospital refurbishment on one of the hospital units. This will be for 4 weeks in length with possible extension. Previous commercial or hospital experience is required.

Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:

  • Report directly to the Project Manager and senior management team
  • Maintain H&S standards and ensure followed by contractors and subcontractors
  • Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
  • Liaise with client regularly
  • Support commissioning and final handovers

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager

  • Experience as a Site Manager in commercial (offices, schools colleges, universities)
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

What's on offer:
