Deputy Nursery Manager - Job Summary
Happy Children Nursery is seeking an experienced and qualified Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day leadership and management of our Montessori-inspired early years setting in Liverpool. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, the successful candidate will help ensure the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and staff development are maintained throughout the nursery.
The Deputy Manager will oversee room operations, support and mentor staff, contribute to curriculum planning and EYFS implementation, and help drive continuous improvement across the setting. The role involves building strong partnerships with families, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring children's progress and wellbeing, and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and holistic child development.
