Agricultural Sales Specialist - Materials & Agricultural Products - Cheshire - £40,000 + Company Car + Annual Bonus

The Job:

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Sales & Account Manager to join a successful and growing specialist business supplying specialist materials and agricultural products to commercial, industrial and agricultural customers across the UK and Ireland. The role combines management of an established customer base with identifying and developing new commercial opportunities, with approximately 2–3 days per week office-based and the remainder spent visiting customers and prospects. The position offers excellent opportunities for career progression and development within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop an established customer base across the UK and Ireland

- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects

- Visit customers and prospects to support sales and business development

- Grow sales across commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors

- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the business

The Company:

An established and growing supplier of specialist materials and agricultural products, serving customers across sectors including agriculture, animal care, manufacturing, filtration, fuel, pet products and other specialist markets. The business has an established customer base and is continuing to grow, creating an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven salesperson to join the team.

The Candidate:

- Previous agricultural sales experience

- Experience managing and developing customer accounts

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Proactive approach to sales and business development

- Good commercial awareness

- Ability to manage your own diary and work independently

- Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland

- Full UK driving licence

- The ability to commute to the company office

The Package:

- £40,000 basic salary DOE

- Company car

- Hybrid working 2–3 days office based

Candidate Requirements

All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
