Duties of the Commercial Vehicle Technician:

- Perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work to manufacturer standards

- Conduct routine vehicle servicing and repairs, including engine, transmission, braking, and major component work

- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using advanced diagnostic equipment

- Complete vehicle health checks and inspections, identifying additional work requirements

- Ensure accurate completion of job cards and repair documentation

- Adhere to safety standards and ensure high-quality service delivery

- Keep skills updated through manufacturer training and industry knowledge

- Collaborate effectively with the aftersales team to provide a professional customer service experience

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- High standard of workmanship with attention to detail

- Full UK driving license

- Main dealer experience is advantageous, but strong independent garage backgrounds will also be considered
