Summary
Job Title: 360 Operator
Location: Avonmouth
Salary: £22.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Monday 14 September 2026
Duration: 2 Weeks
Site Hours: 45 hours paid per week
Harper’s are currently looking for an experienced and reliable 360 Operator to join a busy short-term project in Avonmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for competitive rates and weekly pay.

Duties Will Include:
- Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site
- Assisting trades as required
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Following site health and safety procedures at all times
- Working efficiently and professionally as part of the site team
Requirements:
- A valid CPCS/NPORS card
- Own PPE
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
