We're recruiting Waste Collection Operatives to join our team based at Caenby Corner, supporting waste collection services across Gainsborough.
The Role:
Working as part of a crew, you'll help keep local communities clean by collecting household waste. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role involving:
• Reporting to the depot at Caenby Corner
• Collecting and loading household waste
• Manual handling throughout the shift
• Walking long distances
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements for the job are:
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliability and punctuality
Long term ongoing with permanent opportunities.
Monday - Friday
0700 start
Averaging 9 hour shifts
Saturdays required on the week leading up to bank holiday.
You will have a starting wage of £12.85 per hour. (up to £650 per week)
Overtime on all hours after 37 hours paid at time and a half.
You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.
