Summary

A Vacancy at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.

We are seeking a motivated and hard-working Facilities Cleaning Assistant to work as part of the Facilities team based at Brighton General Hospital and surrounding Health Clinics. The working pattern will be Monday to Friday 17.5 hours per week, 16:30pm - 20:00pm.

The role will perform duties according to the requirements of the various areas of our premises, in compliance with standards and legislation. 

Previous experience (particularly experience in a healthcare setting) would be an advantage but not essential because full training will be provided.

The role will combine a mixture of tasks, allowing the service to maximise efficiency with multi skilled staff to improve patient experience.  This position will include some manual handling and physical work. Please see the job description and person specification for full details.
