Its services include next-day delivery, pallet distribution, supply chain support and storage, with a focus on dependable transport solutions and clear visibility throughout the delivery process.The roleAs an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for completing deliveries safely, professionally and on time. Duties will include:• Carrying out local and UK-wide deliveries as required• Completing vehicle checks before departure and reporting any defects• Loading, securing and unloading goods safely• Following delivery schedules, instructions and relevant transport regulations• Completing delivery paperwork and using tachograph equipment correctly• Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with customers and site contacts• Keeping the vehicle clean and in a roadworthy conditionSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 licence, also known as Category C+E• Valid Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card• Previous commercial driving experience• Good knowledge of UK roads and transport requirements• Strong commitment to safe driving and vehicle care• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently• Good communication and customer service skillsBenefits• £18.00 to £19.00 per hour• Permanent days-based employment• Paid every Wednesday• Visibility with local employersApply today.
