We are teaming up with a major facility at Panattoni Park (NN7) to find hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives for a 4-on, 4-off day shift pattern (06:00 to 18:00).Work 4 consecutive days followed by 4 days off to recharge, while earning competitive pay with lucrative overtime options available up to £19.40/hr!What You Will Be DoingPicking & Packing: Accurately selecting orders and preparing items for dispatch quickly and efficiently.Pallet Reworking: Rebuilding, wrapping, and organizing pallets to meet strict quality and safety standards.General Warehouse Duties: Assisting with loading, unloading, and other operational tasks across a modern distribution site.Maintaining Standards: Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe for everyone.What We Are Looking ForReliable & Hardworking: You show up on time for your 06:00 starts, ready to get stuck in.Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy and following instructions safely.Team Player: You work brilliantly independently and as part of a crew.Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic matter most!
