Position: Care Coordinator
Contract: Fixed term contract of up to 6 months, with the possibility of renewal or extension.
Responsibilities:
Growing and developing the business
Holding relevant qualifications
Experience in the Domiciliary Care Sector
Willingness to cover care calls
Mentoring, supporting, and training the team
Prioritising work to meet deadlines
Managing a team
Supporting out of hours on call
Analysing practice and compliance
Holding a current British driving licence and access to own vehicle
Understanding risk management and health and safety management
Being self-motivated, organized, flexible, and caring
Having excellent administration and IT skills
Excellent communication skills
Building relationships within the local community and stakeholders
