This is a variable-hours role, with shifts available between 6:45 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Shift patterns vary depending on service requirements and your availability.
Examples of shifts may include:
Morning shifts finishing around lunchtime
Shifts finishing around 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.
Afternoon/evening shifts from approximately 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients in daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance.
Follow individual care plans to ensure each client's specific needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or care manager.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transportation.
Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
