Summary
Project Manager (Construction)
Responsible to – Director
Duties Description-
The suitable candidate must possess the following skills:
Regularly assist the director implementation of the project policies. Delegates responsibilities and liaise with the appropriate team. Oversee the practical management and planning of every stage of the project. Also responsible for ensuring the project are completed on time, safely and within the budget. You would be required to planning work schedules and delegate to the project staffs. Prepare the project document and report accordingly.
Salary: £40,000 to 50,000 per annum depending on the experience
UK bachelor’s degree or higher qualification is preferrable.
Previous work experience is desirable.
