reliable Lunchbreak Supervisors to join our hard-working and supportive staff

team. The successful candidates will help ensure the safety, welfare and

positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period.The successful candidates will: ✅ Be enthusiastic,

self-motivated and demonstrate a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. ✅ Demonstrate strong

teamwork skills while also being able to use their initiative. ✅ Have excellent

communication skills. ✅ Show warmth, care and a

full commitment to children's safety and wellbeing. ✅ Maintain a calm and

consistent approach when interacting with children. ✅ Support the school’s

approach to outdoor play, embracing our ‘whatever the weather’ ethos. ✅ Act as a vital link

between children, lunchtime staff and other members of the school team. ✅ Be willing to participate

in training and professional development. ✅ Adhere strictly to
