Summary

Early Years Domestic Support

Location: Carrick Knowe Primary School

Salary: £26,205-£26,525 (pro rata for part time or sessional)

Hours: 15 per week, 38 weeks

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday

We are looking for a motivated, hard working individual to join the team in the support of children's lunchtime experience. Duties include setting the tables, temperature checking and serving food, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, clearing, cleaning and sweeping up the dining areas, laundry duties, washing all associated crockery and cutlery. Elementary Food Hygiene certificate is desirable but not essential as training can be given.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
