About the Role

As a Supported Living Support Worker, you’ll help adults with complex physical and learning disabilities:

Live independently in their own homes or adapted small adapted residential settings

Access the community and enjoy activities such as shopping, cinema visits, football matches, and themed days

Receive personal care and practical support, including mobility, medication, dressing, mealtimes, housework, and laundry

Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging

What We Offer

£13.45/hr (£25,947.47 p.a. pro-rata) with £14.12/hr nightshift premium

Fully funded SVQ qualification – yours for life

Permanent contracts: 4 x 37 hours & 2 x 18.5 hour contracts available

About You

Experience preferred but not essential — full training provided

Driving license and access to vehicle essential

Key Information

Locations: Dunfermline (KY12) & Rosyth (KY11)

Shift patterns: Days (typically 7am–2:45pm), Backshifts (2pm–10pm), Nightshifts (10pm–7am), over 7-day rolling rotas - one in three weekends off. Weekend-only or relief/bank roles available.
