Summary
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily routines, including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Offer mobility support, including safe use of a hoist and assisting with transfers to/from wheelchair
• Support with meals and feeding, if required
• Facilitate engagement in creative and recreational activities, both at home and during community outings
• Encourage participation in therapeutic exercises as prescribed by her physiotherapist and private movement coach
• Accompany to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and occasional social outings (shopping, events, etc.)
• Foster a nurturing, respectful, and age-appropriate environment
• Maintain clear communication with parents and other caregivers to ensure consistency and alignment in care
