Summary

Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities Participate as an independent member of the C(E)TR panel. Review clinical information and relevant documentation in advance of the review. Meet with the individual, their family and professionals involved in their care. Apply the C(E)TR Key Lines of Enquiry and your clinical expertise to assess care, treatment and support arrangements. Contribute to the development of clear, evidence-based and outcome-focused recommendations. Work collaboratively with the Chair and Expert by Experience to ensure that the person's voice remains central to the review.Support the completion and quality assurance of the final review report.
