HRGO Recruitment are hiring
Reach / VNA Forklift Driver to join a leading logistics company in Markham Vale S43. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience and a valid Reach or VNA licence to join a busy and established logistics operation.
The successful candidates will ideally have previous experience operating Reach or VNA equipment within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Tuesday - Friday working pattern - Day shifts -
6am-4pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Reach / VNA equipment
- Move and store stock safely within the warehouse
- Load and unload goods as required
- Carry out all required pre-use equipment checks
- Identify and report any defects or maintenance issues
- Follow all site rules, procedures and operational requirements
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping
- Ensure goods are handled and stored correctly
- Work closely with the wider warehouse team
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and management
- Support general warehouse duties when required
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
About You:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Able to confidently complete pre-use checks
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety requirements
- Able to identify potential hazards and report issues appropriately
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Confident using own initiative within a busy warehouse environment
- Willing to complete all required site training
Previous Reach / VNA operating experience - essential
Valid Reach or VNA licence - essential
Desirable Skills / Licences:
Experience or certification in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Reach Truck
- VNA
- Previous experience within a logistics or distribution environment
