Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Officer to join the Sizewell C team, one of the UK's largest and most significant infrastructure projects. Based within the SS&A Directorate, you will provide vital administrative, planning, governance and project support services, working closely with department heads and key stakeholders. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams while supporting business-critical activities.

Your Responsibilities:

* Provide project and administrative support across the SS&A Directorate.

* Liaise with Finance to support invoice processing and maintain local cost records.

* Coordinate updates and support data input into the Integrated Work Schedule (IWS).

* Maintain and track directorate risk registers and governance actions.

* Take meeting minutes, record actions and monitor completion against deadlines.

* Manage and maintain records across Teamcenter, SharePoint and other project systems.

* Support onboarding activities for new employees and consultants, including IT and induction arrangements.

* Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Produce reports, presentations, statistics and project information using Microsoft Office applications.

* Provide PA and secretariat support where required, including cover for annual leave and short-term absences.

* Support Nuclear Safety Committee administration and governance processes.

Experience/Qualifications Required:

* Previous experience in project, team or administrative support roles.

* Experience tracking actions, KPIs, compliance activities or project deliverables.

* Strong experience collating and presenting information to stakeholders.

* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

* Experience managing confidential and sensitive information.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

* Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and ensure actions are completed.

* Experience working with document management systems such as SharePoint or Teamcenter is advantageous.

* Experience within a highly regulated environment is desirable.

* Project Management training is desirable.
