Summary
Your new role
We're exclusively partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Learning Partner for a transformational 12-month FTC, helping shape the next stage of its learning and development journey across the UK and Ireland. Remote but with regular travel to key operational sites across the West Midlands, South East and East Anglia.
This newly created role will focus on building a sustainable self-service learning culture, bringing greater structure, consistency and impact to learning across leadership and management development, onboarding, career development and wider capability building.
Working with stakeholders across multiple sites, you'll help shape and deliver the learning strategy, identify business needs and create scalable learning solutions that move beyond compliance. A key priority will be expanding the digital E-learning offer through the LMS, self-service resources, enhanced content, AI-enabled tools and improved learner engagement.
Leadership development will also be a focus, using a blend of digital learning, facilitation and practical interventions to strengthen leadership capability and behaviours. You'll work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to deliver sustainable solutions that drive long-term impact.
Operating across businesses at different stages of learning maturity, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, embedding learning initiatives, driving consistency and maintaining oversight of compliance learning and the LMS platform.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring gravitas, credibility and curiosity, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders while translating business needs into practical, measurable learning outcomes. A commercially minded, solutions-focused learning professional, you'll combine strong e-learning expertise with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating sustainable change.
What's on offer
The role can be home-based, with regular travel to key operational sites across the West Midlands, South East and East Anglia. Initially, you'll spend 2-3 days per week onsite in the West Midlands area so candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance.
Benefits include 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, car allowance, life assurance, an online discount platform, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity to leave a lasting legacy and play a key role in shaping the future learning culture of a growing organisation.
