The Best Connection are currently recruiting for
Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Scunthorpe area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to secure a permanent position following a successful 12-week temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and assembling O-rings, gaskets and sealing components used across a variety of industries, including military applications
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Following detailed production specifications and work instructions
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general production duties as required
- Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
