Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and daily routines.
- Support with medication, meal preparation and light housework.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and community activities.
- Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.
- Work closely with clients, families and the care team.
