Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lettings process for private rented sector properties, including arranging and conducting property viewings.
Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements between landlords and tenants to ensure fair and compliant lettings.
Provide expert advice to landlords and tenants regarding tenancy rights, obligations, and housing regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lettings activities using appropriate software and databases.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legal requirements, local housing policies, and health and safety standards.
Respond promptly to enquiries and resolve any issues arising during the tenancy to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
