TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Secondary School in Macclesfield who are looking to appoint an English Teacher. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed English specialist who can create a positive learning environment and engage students in their learning.
The school is looking to take on an English Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis, teaching students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful English Teacher will be expected to plan and deliver engaging English lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and support students with their academic progress.
The successful English Teacher will have:
• QTS with an English specialism
• Experience teaching in a UK Secondary School
• Experience teaching English across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
