Summary

We're looking for a Reactive Planning Coordinator to join our Picketts Lock Depot team based in Picketts Lock. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys planning, problem-solving and coordinating multiple activities to help deliver essential highways and infrastructure works successfully.

Location: Picketts Lock Depot - hybrid workingHours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to usSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year + benefitsWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As a Reactive Planning Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of maintenance orders from start to finish. You'll be working closely with various teams to coordinate reactive maintenance work, managing resources effectively and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. This is a brilliant opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Reactive Planning Coordinator, you'll be working within the Programme & Performance team, supporting them in delivering efficient maintenance services. Your day to day will include:

-Assessing incoming work orders and allocating them to the appropriate operations teams

-Managing daily resource allocation across the network to ensure smooth delivery

-Supporting supervisors in the delivery of works and maintaining strong team communication

-Planning works within service lead times and ensuring permits are submitted accurately

-Managing backlog works and collaborating with clients to resolve any delays

What are we looking for?

This role of Reactive Planning Coordinator is ideal if you:

-Have knowledge of NRSWA, LANTRA and Street Manager, with an understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements

-Understand works management systems and enjoy coordinating resources to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently

-Are confident managing application processes, including TMAN, TTROs, road closures and suspensions

-Have experience within the highways, utilities, infrastructure or construction sector, or are keen to build your career in a fast-paced operational environment

-Thrive in a collaborative team setting and enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, supply chain partners and local authorities
