We are currently recruiting for the role of Automotive Sales Administrator on behalf of our esteemed client, an independent dealership based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Duties of the Sales Administrator:

- Manage vehicle registration processes and invoicing

- Oversee daily banking tasks as the Sales Administrator

- Support sales and service administration processes

- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct to the appropriate department

- Support the accounts team with administrative duties

- Assist in providing a seamless customer experience through excellent organisation and attention to detail

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

- Proven experience in automotive administration, sales administration, or service admin

- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment

- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of professionalism

- Effective communication skills with a friendly, professional manner

- Knowledge of vehicle registration, invoicing, and financial procedures preferred

- Well-presented individual with a proactive approach to work
