Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced 25 Tonne Excavator Operator to work on a busy civil engineering project based in Teesside. This is an ongoing opportunity for a reliable and skilled operator with previous experience working on civil sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of a 25-tonne excavator.
- Carrying out excavation works in line with site drawings and specifications.
- Trenching, drainage, foundations, and general earthworks.
- Working closely with groundworkers and site management.
- Daily machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.
- Assisting with general site duties where required.
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Excavator Operator certification.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Proven experience operating a 25T excavator on civil engineering projects.
- Previous experience in drainage, foundations, and general groundworks preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Full PPE required.
