  • Salary: NJC Grade 8, SCP 17 (£31,022 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours)
  • Hours: 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only (plus designated training days)

About the Role

Due to the retirement of one of our Office Managers, we are seeking to appoint a highly organised, compassionate, and experienced professional to join our team as an Office Manager in a job-share capacity.

This is a pivotal role in a small school. You will not only manage day-to-day front-of-house operations, but you will also take responsibility for crucial financial management, budget tracking, census data submissions, and safeguarding compliance.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Ideally have direct experience working within a school office setting.
  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency with school administrative systems.
  • Be a natural collaborator who understands the proactive communication required to make a job share successful.
  • Thrive in a small-team environment where staff members are flexible and support one another.
