We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and dedicated Caretaker for our happy and friendly school. The Caretaker will join an already established Site team, under the line management of the Site Manager. Duties will include being a key holder and locking up the building, the distribution of deliveries, the setting up of rooms where needed and working as part of a team to keep school clean, tidy and in good repair.
You should be able to demonstrate that you:
- Have a proven track record of caretaking
- Be able to use a computer for training and email communication
- Are willing to undertake a variety of tasks around school
- Are a team player, who is proactive and able to work on their own as required
- Are physically fit to be able to undertake manual work
- Are able to communicate with the whole school community
- Are able to be flexible with some hours to meet the needs of the school.
