Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative- Ecom:
* No physical restrictions, as the role involves manual handling and repetitive lifting
* Ability to work rotational shifts, including early, late, and weekend patterns when required
* Good spoken English to ensure clear communication with supervisors and team members
* Ability to read and follow detailed product instructions, labels, and process documentation accurately
* Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling mixed product lines or variable order specifications
* Basic numeracy skills for counting stock
