Assembly Operatives to join our prestigious

aerospace client in Mansfield.

Fantastic Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity!

If you have

excellent attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination and a steady hand, this could be the perfect opportunity for you - even if your previous experience isn't in aerospace.

What will you be doing?

Assembling small, intricate aerospace components using technical drawings and instructions

Working with fine wiring, connectors and miniature components

Using magnification equipment and specialist tools

Carrying out detailed quality checks to meet strict industry standards

Working towards productivity and quality targets from a seated workstation

What are we looking for?

✔ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

✔ Experience in detailed, precision-based work - such as

model making, sewing, nail art, crafts, electronics assembly or similar

✔ A positive attitude and strong work ethic

✔ Good English reading and communication skills

The Details

Location: Mansfield

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay: £13.38 per hour

⏰

Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours

Opportunity: Temporary to Permanent
