We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dedicated Nurse/ODPto join our Theatres Education Team in Anaesthetics & Recovery for Churchill Theatres & Day Surgery Unit. This role will support the continued development of staff in clinical practice and deliver local and Trust Theatre specific training

This is an excellent opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic organisation. There are 19 Theatres across Surgery, Women's & Oncology Theatres.

• Churchill Theatres & Day Case Unit - 10 theatres providing regional Cancer & Transplant services across multiple specialities. Churchill Overnight Recovery Unit is a four bedded unit, providing 23 hour level 2 care to patients post major elective surgery.

• Women's Centre Theatres– five theatres delivering benign gynaecology and Obstetric services. 

• Horton Theatres & Day Case Unit – 4 theatres providing day case surgery for adults and children across a variety of specialities. 

This role will be based in Churchill Theatres and the successful candidate  will work collaboratively with the education team across the other theatre departments to deliver training and development for staff.

You will be encouraged and supported to further develop through the wide range of educational and experiential learning opportunities available. We have a comprehensive approach to staff development across all grades within theatres, supporting career progression and professional development.
