Summary

​Equans is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team on the Wheatley Group contract based from our office in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.You will provide comprehensive compliance administration support across a Social Housing Mobile Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Facilities Management contract. The role is responsible for ensuring all statutory, regulatory, contractual, and client compliance obligations are effectively managed, monitored, and recorded within company and client systems. The Compliance Administrator will work closely with Contract Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Clients to maintain compliance performance and support the safe delivery of services. What will you deliver?Monitor and manage statutory compliance activities across the contract including electrical, mechanical, gas, water hygiene, fire safety, lifts, and planned maintenance activities. Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation within CAFM systems and client databases. Ensure all certification, service reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation are received, reviewed, uploaded, and stored in accordance with contract requirements. Track compliance performance against contractual KPIs and statutory inspection programmes. Produce and distribute regular compliance reports, dashboards, and exception reports. Monitor outstanding remedial actions and ensure timely completion. Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, supervisors, housing representatives, and contract managers. Schedule and coordinate statutory inspections and planned maintenance activities. Support preparation for internal audits, external audits, and client reviews. Raise, track, and close compliance-related work orders on CAFM systems. Identify compliance risks and escalate where necessary. Support subcontractor compliance including insurance, training, qualifications, and certification records. Carry out general administrative duties and comply with SHEQ requirements. What can we offer you?On offer is a competitive salary and benefit package, which includes; 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays).Life Cover equivalent to 1.5 times annual salary.Employee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailers.Gym membership discounts.Cycle to work scheme.Holiday purchase scheme.2 corporate social responsibility days per year.Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programmes.Attractive Employee Referral Rewards Scheme.Access to our growing employee networks.24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to mental wellbeing app.Who are you?Knowledge of Gas Safety, Electrical Testing, Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos and Lift Compliance requirements. (desirable).Knowledge of Social Housing maintenance contracts (desirable).Previous administration experience within Facilities Management, Property Maintenance, Social Housing, Construction or a similar environment. Experience managing quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and associated documentation. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience using CAFM systems and client portals. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. This role includes a basic DS check therefore ability to pass is essential. Who are we?In the UK & Ireland, Equans is a provider of sustainable facilities management and regeneration, and cutting-edge energy and digital services.
